Your reservation with Toby’s Retreat is subject to the following conditions and by confirmation of your reservation with us you are confirming your agreement to the following:
Deposits and Payment: Credit card details are required at time of booking but no charges will be made to your card at that time. The credit card details will be held as a security deposit only and the full amount of the account is to be paid upon check out.
Weather Policy: No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date will incur a charge of 1 nights tariff. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be charged 50% of the value of the booking (minimum 1 nights tariff). Where all or part of a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date the entire value of the booking is payable
