Colours Oasis Resort,Gay owned and operated. Hetero Friendly. Located in the capital city of San Jose, is a hidden gem. You cannot tell from its exterior and entrance that behind those walls is a stylish haven for gay and lesbian visitors and their friends.
Colours is a full-service boutique hotel, with Spanish-style courtyard. Guests hail from all over the Gay Planet, drawn by Colours reputation for attentive service and extensive knowledge of Gay Costa Rica destinations.The retreat is conveniently located on the stately Boulevard Rohrmoser, less than 15 minutes to the central business and culture precinct.
The retreat's tropical atmosphere is great for sun worshipers, with the solar-heated L-shaped pool, the private, terraced sundeck and a secluded hot tub spa.
The Orchid Rainforest bar, lounge and dining areas are the gathering spots for guests for meals, drinks and conversation. You'll hear foreign languages and familiar accents, but if your sign language doesn't suffice, the staff speak English, Español and Francaise!
Rooms range from smart value to classic comfort, and there are two appointed apartments.

Important information:
Before arrival, your entire stay must be paid in full.
If using credit card for reservation, at the time of booking, we require payment of 50% of the total reservation charges including taxes for your confirmation unless you have agreed to full prepayment. On the 30th day prior to arrival, your entire stay must be prepaid in full. The charges will be automatically applied to your credit card and may include a service fee up to 5% depending on type of card used. If reserving with less than 30 days before arrival, full reservation charges will be collected at time of booking.
Check In Procedure:
Rooms are normally ready for check in by 2:00 pm. We welcome early arrivals. Please remember, however, that your room may not be ready when you arrive. The reception closes at 10:00 pm. If you will be arriving at a late hour, please contact us so that we can make arrangements for you.
Check Out Procedure:
We ask that you vacate your room no later than 12:00 pm on the day of your departure. We encourage you to linger, use the pool and other facilities for the rest of the day. We are happy to store your luggage for you.

Cancellation policy |
If you cancel by th 30th day prior to arrival date, you will recieve a refund less a 25.00 cancellation fee. If adequate notice is not given (less than 30 days notice), a cancellation fee equal to the registration fee or payment may be assessed. No refunds will be given after that time or for early departures. |
