In 1912, Meridiana's building was being completed. Back then, bright living spaces and large apartments were the way to go. Today, after a complete renovation by Italian savvy hands, we still believe "large apartments" are the way to go. Those who choose an apartment in Prague with Meridiana expect no less than a spacious, bright, fully-fledged apartment with nicely appointed bedrooms, a dedicated living room, one (or even two) Italian-style bathrooms with shower, bathtub, bidet and last but not least, a state-of-the-art, full-size, completely-equipped kitchen, should you rather opt for self-catering.

Nel 1912, quando l'edificio di Meridiana veniva ultimato, i canoni stilistici prescrivevano ambienti ampi e, di conseguenza, appartamenti molto grandi. Oggi, dopo una completa ristrutturazione per mani sapienti ed italiane, continuiamo a pensare che la filosofia dei grandi appartamenti sia quella giusta. Chi sceglie un appartamento a Praga con Meridiana pretende niente meno che un appartamento spazioso, luminoso ed ammobiliato con gusto, con camere da letto accoglienti, un'apposita sala giorno, uno (o persino due) servizi all'italiana con doccia, vasca da bagno e bidet e, in ultimo ma non da meno, una grande e moderna cucina del tutto equipaggiata, per la massima autonomia

Residence Meridiana: the main complex in Krizikova street.
Specifically, Meridiana's apartments are located in Krizikova street, in a 4-storey historical building facing South, with amazing views over Lyckovo Square. From this location, historical sites are just "a pleasant walk away", as our marketers re-worded it, or within minutes of metro (subway station is 300mt away, according to Google Maps) or tram (150mt away). Transportation runs non-stop during the whole day. Also, if coming by auto, you can safely park by the residence at no additional cost, or in nearby underground facilities for an additional fee.

Per l'esattezza, gli appartamenti di Meridiana sono situati in via Krizikova, in un edificio storico di 4 piani rivolto a Sud, con sorprendenti vedute su Piazza Lyckovo. Da questa posizione, i siti turistici sono raggiungibili "con una piacevole passeggiata", come parafrasato dai nostri pubblicitari, o in pochi minuti di metropolitana (la stazione è distante solo 300mt secondo Google Maps) o ancora tramite tram (distante appena 150mt). I mezzi di trasporto operano di continuo durante l'intero giorno. Inoltre, per chi arriva in auto, è possibile parcheggiare presso il residence senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, o in vicini garage sotterranei per un costo aggiuntivo.

At renovation time, the underline motive for keeping spaces large enough was the possibility of also welcoming families, groups and business travellers who, on a more prolonged stay, prefer a fully-fledged apartment that is actually suitable for living or working, other than just resting. And, as we take pride in our flexibility, we will gladly agree on ad-hoc, discounted prices for longer stays. Today, Meridiana sports one-bedrooms apartments (2-4 guests, up to 70 mq) and two-bedroom apartments (4-6 guests, up to 100 mq) as well as attic apartments with a large terrace (2-4 guests, up to 45 mq).

Durante la ristrutturazione, si è preferito conservare gli ambienti spaziosi, per poter ospitare anche i gruppi più numerosi, le famiglie o chi viaggia per lavoro: quegli ospiti che soggiornano più a lungo e che preferiscono pertanto un appartamento "vivibile", da sfruttare durante tutto il giorno e non solo per il riposo notturno. Per i soggiorni più lunghi, Meridiana è lieta di concordare tariffe su misura. Ad oggi, Meridiana può vantare appartamenti da una camera (2-4 ospiti, fino a 70mq) e appartamenti da due camere (4-6 ospiti, fino a 100mq) ma anche attici con terrazzo (2-4 ospiti, fino a 45mq)
