Our hotel is right in the center of Nice. The Promenade des Anglais and the sea are 50 meters away.
The pedestrian precinct (Rue de France & Rue Massena) begins just 20 meters away. Avenue Jean Médecin with its big stores and shopping center just 5 minutes away on foot.
There is a car park 20 meters from the hotel in the Rue de France.
The old town is 7 mins on foot.
The main square, Place Massena, is 5 mins on foot
And of course all of the gay scene is just a few minutes away on foot, whether it be the bars, restaurants,saunas,clubs, discos etc.
The staff will always be able to tell you what is on.
All the rooms are en suite, the internet is free and so is the wi fi. There is also free tea and coffee.

From the airport, drive along the sea front (Promenade des Anglais). After the Hotel Negresco, the next street on the left is Rue Meyerbeer. By bus from the airport take the city center bus that links the hotels bus N° 98(do not take bus 99 that also goes to the city center but takes you to the railway station) Get off at the stop "Meyerbeer" on the sea front. The street is just opposite.
From Monaco or the port of Nice drive along the sea front. The Rue Meyerbeer is the street on the right just after the Hotel Royale. The hotel Westminster is on the corner of Rue Meyerbeer.
By train: On foot : Turn right outside the railway station, cross over the main street and a few minutes take Rue Gounod (there is a brick post office on the corner) for approximately 10mins. The Rue Gounod becomes Rue Meyerbeer automatically and the hotel is 50 meters from the sea on the right hand side of the street.
By bus from the railway station : take bus N°12 opposite the railway station and get off at 'Meyerbeer'
From the airport either take a taxi : between 20 & 25 Euros (5min)
Or take a bus by bus 'aeroport-Nice' bus 98 and get off at 'Meyerbeer'(10min)(4 Euros per person)The bus runs every 20/30 minutes.

The Hotel Meyerbeer Beach is gay owned by David (who is English) and helped out by Robert (who is German), & FIRUDIN(who is French)..
Each guest will receive a book with all the information about the gay life in Nice and the surroundings.If it is not in your room please ask for it. You will find maps of the towns, magazines with all the parties of that month, a map of how to reach the gay beaches, cards of gay outlets, condoms and many other things. We also have a professional masseur, RICHARD, on call who will come to the hotel and give you a complete massage for one hour for just 40 Euros.Ask at the reception desk to call him for an appointment.
But you can also ask, at the reception, all the information you want about the gay outlets. We are well aware of what is going on in the gay scene and will be more than happy to direct you towards the places that suit you best.
Our hotel is in the middle of the gay scene. Le' 6 bar Le Flag, Le Couloir(bars) Le Blue Boy Enterprise (disco)and Klub (disco/bar) Azur & Bains Douches (saunas)are 5 mins on foot. The port of Nice with Le Nouveau Rusca (bar) and Le Eagle, Traxx, Le Block (cruising bars) and restaurant le Cote Marais restaurants are 10 mins on foot. But maybe you prefer the old part of the town with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, ... . Well, it's only a 7 min walk to all these places.
The beach, la Promenade des Anglais (sea front) and the shops are 50m from the hotel.
