Geranium Residence – Moonlight Hotel Established in 1988, the Hotel has three Apartments, one Villa, two Studios and eight Rooms.
Location: Conveniently located in the charming Skoli Kalon Technon (School of Fine Arts) – Paspari area, on the hillside and approx. 500mt above Mykonos Town,
with it’s buzzing night life, restaurants, traditional tavernas and cafes. The main bus station, which connects the town to all the pristine beaches on the south coast,
is within walking distance (only 15 minutes away). Located right on the New Ring Road (Periferiakos), the Hotel offers easy connection to the new harbour (only 3 km away),
the Airport (2 km away) as well as all the main road heading to the popular beaches on the island.
Facilities: The property boasts a beautiful and large swimming pool surrounded by a decorative marble deck and large and comfortable sun beds, while the stylish pool bar serves
cocktails and light lunches. Nude sunbathing is allowed. The property is set in a lushly and well-kept mediterranean-style garden, with plenty of outdoor areas partly shaded and
furnished with comfortable armchairs, which offer shelter on any sun-drenched day. There are also patios, terraces and lounges with sea & sunset views, ideal for your relaxing and
socialising moments. The electric coded main entrance gate leads to our ample and secure private parking lot and the reception, which observes the following opening hours:
daily from 09,00 – 13,00 and 19,00 – 22,00. Room service and routine daily cleaning are provided throughout all our accommodations.
Breakfast: Our home-made continental breakfast is served at the pool area from 09.30 till 12.30 to all guests staying in single or double rooms.
For all other guests staying in our apartments and units with kitchen facilities, breakfast is not included but can be requested at an extra charge.
We would like to remind you that breakfast can also be served on private balconies or terraces upon request.
Buildings: One main building. Built in the traditional whitewashed Cycladic architecture with wooden pergolas, patios and terraces. The immaculate building incorporates multiple levels and
includes on the Ground Floor: 2 single rooms, 1 double room and 2 split-level apartments situated under the porches main entrance. On the Upper Floor there are: 1 single room,
2 double rooms and 1 studio. Villa Kively: is a semi-detached split level building which includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, outside private patio with pergola.
Reception building: is on one level on the ground floor and includes the main lobby, the breakfast room and 2 double bedrooms,
one with french door and the other with a window. Both bedrooms overlook the swimming pool.
Guest Rooms: Of the 8 rooms, which size are on the average and have no kitchenette area, 1 feature a king size bed (which can also be arranged in two single beds),
while all the others have double beds; however all rooms benefit from brand new and more comfortable “Mediastrom” mattresses and a wide choice of pillows.
Other facilities include Fridge, remote Air-conditioning, telephone with direct-dial access, internet connection, flat screen satellite TV and in-room safe box.
All rooms are newly decorated in neutral and light colours scheme and enjoy the use of either a balcony or terrace.
Tholos Studio: A spacious double bed studio which sleeps up to 2 people. It features a unique vault ceiling, a fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area with table and chairs,
an additional sofa bed, a king size bed as well as remote Air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, large wardrobes, in-room safe box and a small walk-in shower.
This beautiful and larger than average room boasts lots of natural light, its own front & back terraces and an amazing view over the Aegean sea and the spectacular mykonian sunsets.
Cleopatra Studio: This spacious double-bed studio sleeps up to 3 people and has a unique split level layout with its own discreet and independent entrance. Further amenities include a
fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area with table and chairs, an additional sofa bed, double bed as well as remote Air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, telephone with direct-dial access,
internet connection large wardrobes, bathroom with bath tub and in-room safe box, outside there is a patio elegantly furnished and overlooking the tranquil garden.
A beautiful and large unit recently redecorated using white and light colour scheme, ideal for those in search of privacy and total relax.
The Apartments: There are 3 two double bedrooms apartments available. All bedrooms are in excellent condition and have comfortable double or king size beds.
Our usual high standard facilities include remote Air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, telephone with direct-dial access, internet connection, large wardrobes and in-room safe box.
All the apartments also have their own fully equipped open-plan kitchen with stove/oven, large fridge with freezer, dining table and chairs and an additional sofa bed.
Each unit has the use of either a balcony or a terrace. All bedrooms decorated in white and light colours scheme and overlook the beautiful garden and also have an outdoor
dining setting for your evening cocktails or dinner al fresco. Two apartments (Danai / Maya) are split-level with 2 double bedrooms at the lower level connected by a large
veranda and enjoying complete independence and privacy. One Apartment (Erato) on Lower level boasts 2 bedrooms (one of which can accommodate up to 3 people), a separate full-size kitchen with dining & sitting area.
Villa Kiveli: Set in a semi detached building close to main entrance, features a convenient split levels layout, with 2 bedrooms on the lower level recently redecorated in white and light colour
scheme with king size beds and bathroom. On the upper level there is a large and beautiful living room invaded by natural light and the fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area.
Facilities to include: remote Air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, telephone with direct-dial access, internet connection, in-room safe box, washing machine and an additional sofa bed.
Outside there is the private veranda (with outdoor dining setting), as well as the front & back terraces which have amazing sea and sunset views and overlook the mature mediterranean style garden. |

Cancellation policy |
Please Note that this offer is submitted to the following terms and conditions:
Booking involve an initial and non refundable 30% deposit payment of total stay
Balance Due payment of 70 % is required one month before date of arrival with no exception.
Payment can be made by all types of Credit Cards or by Bank draft.
Cancellations are accepted but only in writing, either by e-mail or fax. Please use your confirmation number in all correspondence.
All cancellations made up to one month prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee and will be deducted from
the total amount due (as mentioned above).
All cancellations made after 1 month or 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival
will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and calculated as above.
All cancellations made after 3 weeks or 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival,
will be subject to a 70% cancellation fee and calculated from the total reservation amount.
All cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, any failure to arrive, any vacations cut short in duration including hotel departures
made 1 – 3 days before the agreed departure date, as well as any cancellations on the day of arrival/check-in for any reasons,
will all be subject to a 100% cancellation fee charge, Please note that no reimbursement or refund will be considered under any circumstances. |
