Casa dolce Casa stands in a privileged position, in the heart of the historical centre of Florence: it is just a few steps from the San Lorenzo market, 5 minutes by walk to Santa Maria Novella railway station and it is very close to the main places of artistic and cultural interest of Florence (the Brunelleschi’s Dome, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio).
At your arrival, the Casa dolce casa staff will welcome you and will be glad to show you your room and the whole house with its facilities. Upon check, all our guests are supplied with a personal key so that you always have free access to the apartment at any time, just like if you were at home!

Indeed, Casa dolce casa offer a special twin bedded room that has a direct access to the charming garden, where you can enjoy moments of relax and tranquillity comfortably being in the city centre. On demand it is also possible to ask for the keys in order to have a private bathroom.

Es economico y tranquilo como uno hotel, Casa dulce Casa es un lugar limpio, seguro donde se encuentra una atmòsfera de amistad. Està en la parte central de Florencia, lejos solos 100 metros desde el mercado de San Lorenzo, cinco minutos desde la estaciòn de S. Maria Novella y muy cerca a todos los monumentos màs importantes come el Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio.
El estaff serà a vuestra disposiciòn, y podeis haber las claves para utilizar la habitaciòn sin algun limitaciòn de horario.
Casa dulce Casa tiene todos los confortes, un salòn comùn donde se puede utilizar la computadora por todo el dia, connexiòn a Internet por 24 horas, wi-fi, tv plasma 37, area por fumar, cocina con los maquinarios para hacer cafè y tè sin pagar por todo el dia, y el personal os darà las informacionse turisticas a travès la agencia de viajes que colabora con nosotros; podeis saber donde transcurrir las noches, haber las indicaciones de restaurantes, pub, discos y os indicarà los negocios de las marcas de modeleria mas famosas en Florencia.
Las camaras son grandes, limpias y con tv a colores. Hay camaras por una persona, doble, tripla hasta por quatro y por pequenos grupos de amigos.
Casa dulce casa al interior tiene una camara twin con acceso exclusivo a un jardìn privado muy hermoso, donde pasar momentos tranquilos y silenciosos quedandose todavìa en el centro històrico.
Detràs pregunta es posible haber las claver del cuarto de bano privado.

BY TRAIN:
From the station of the centre "Santa Maria Novella" to reach our structure easy to come by walking within 5 minuts. When you come out from the station, from your left side, find the street call "Via Nazionale", also to make sure, from the first traffic light turn in to the right side to "Via Guelfa" then from the left side first street "Via San Zanobi". for 50 mts go direct, and on the left you will find N° 27 "Casa dolce Casa". BY CAR:
Exit from the motor way Florence Nord:
Follow the indication to go to centre. From "Fortezza da Basso" , take the road "Viale Spartaco Lavagnini". when you find the first traffic lights turn on the right side to "V.Santa Caterina d'Alessandria" Then you pass 50 mts, turn left to "Via delle Ruote". Then come untill you find "Via Santa Reparata" and turn on the right, when you find " Via XXVII Aprile" turn to right side and pass 50mts the first street on the left is " Via San Zanobi". Then 100 mts you will find on the right N°27 "Casa dolce Casa".

Follow the indication to go to centre, and then find the way to " Piazza della Libertà", and the other side of the piazza you will find "Via Lorenzo il Magnifico enter here, at the first traffic lights turn left in Via Poliziano and go direct cross the trafic light and one big street and go to "Via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria" Then you pass 50 mts, turn left to "Via delle Ruote". Then come untill you find "Via Santa Reparata" and turn on the right, go way, when you find " Via XXVII Aprile" turn to right side and pass 50mts the first street on the left is " Via San Zanobi". Then 100 mts you will find on the right N°27 "Casa dolce Casa".
By PLANE:
Take the shuttle bus in front of the "DEPARTURES". It will take you to the central train station. You can buy tickets on the bus or at the bar of the airport and than follows the direction from the train station.

Ataf-Sita "Vola in Bus" service
66 frequencies a day link the airport to the city centre. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the bus station situated in front of the central railway station (S.M. Novella). Departures from airport: every 30 min from 6.00 am to 8.30 pm, after every hour till 11.30 pm Departures from city center: every 30 min from 5.30 am to 8.00 pm, after every hour till 11.00 pm. Tickets may be purchased on board (one-way ticket: 4 Euros).

CON EL TREN
Desde la estaciòn “Santa Maria Novella” para llegar a nuestro sitio hace falta sòlo cinco minutos a piés. Cuando sales de la estaciòn, del lado izquierdo, encuentras la calle “Via Nazionale”, desde el semàforo hasta el lado derecho encuentras “Via Guelfa”, desde el lado derecho se halla “Via Zanobi” se camina por 50 metres y a la derecha se llega al n§mero 27 “Casa dulce Casa”. CON EL AUTO
Seguir las indicaciones para llegar al centro. Desde la “Fortezza da basso”, tomar la calle “Viale Spartaco Lavagnini”, y cuando encuentras el primero semaforo ir al lado derecho hasta “Via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria”. Hacer 50 metros y despuès ir a la derecha hasta “Via delle Ruote”. Caminar hasta hallar “Via Santa Reparata” y cambiar a la derecha hasta “Via XXII Aprile” y despuès 50 metros la primera calle es “Via San Zanobi”. Despuès 100 metros se halla a la derecha el numero 27 “Casa dolce Casa”.
SALIENDO DE LA AUTOPISTA DIRECCION FLORENCIA SUR
Siguiendo las indicaciones por el centro, ir a la “Piazza della Libertà”, sobre el otro lado hay “Via Lorenzo il Magnifico”, se hace hasta al primero semaforo y se va a la derecha en Via Poliziano. Se toma Via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria y despuès 50 metros, cambiar a la derecha hasta Via delle Ruote. Seguir hasta hallar Via Santa Reparata y a la derecha Via XXVII Aprile. Despuès 50 metros se halla Via San Zanobi y ademàs 100 metros el numero 27 “Casa dolce Casa”.
CON EL AVION
Tomar el shuttle bus en frente a las SALIDAS. Llegaràs a la estaciòn de los trenos. Puedes comprar billetes sobre el autobus o al bar del aeropuerto.
BUS (LINEAS EN CIUDAD) ATAF-SITA “VOLA IN BUS” SERVICIOS
66 frecuencias por dìa contactan el aeropuerto al centro de la ciudad. Veinte minutos para llegar a la estaciòn de los buses, puesto en frente a la estaciòn de los trenes (S. M. Novella). Salidas del aeropuerto: cada 30 minutos desde las 6:00 de la manana hasta las 8:30 de la tarde, despuès cada hora hasta las 11:30 de la tarde. Salidas del centro: cada 30 minutos desde las 5:30 de la manana hasta las 8:00 de la tarde, despuès cada hora hasta las 11:00 de la tarde. Billetes se puden comprar sobre el bus (cada frecuencia sale 4 euros).
