Gemini Studios Are located in "Viale Fratelli Rosselli 55", one's main Florence street's, conveniently to reach by car, by walking distance from main train station of "Santa Maria Novella", by taxi or by bus, our Studios are your best deal and solution for independent stay ideal for business or leisure traveller.
Check-in and check-out MUST be done it at the reception of the Hotel Alamanni (via luigi alamanni 35 (black)) 2nd floor, at the time of check-in is requested to settle your total amount of stay and to leave as deposit one valid document as Passport, (ONLY for EU Citiziens is aceptable national ID or driving license, any NON EU Citiziens MUST leave Passport).
Studio "open space", from 25 to 54 sqm ca., with double sofa bed, Kitchenette equipped with basic utensil, Fridge, Electrical owen, Tea/Coffee maker, Toaster, Dining table and chairs, Tv. colour, Radio clock, Iron and ironing board, ensuite bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, Air-conditioning or heating with self panel control. Included in the rate - Linen and towels change once per week, cleaning 1 time per week (any stay from 1 up to 5 nights does NOT included free change and cleaning), final cleaning, water and electrical consumptions. Supplements - Extra linen and towels change with studio's cleaning 10,00 Eur per person per each extra service requested, Car parking in the garage below of the hotel Alamanni Eur 25,00 per car per night ONLY if reservation request with your booking. Self catering allocation, Room ONLY.

Parking in Florence is very difficult and every where is only payable, if you desire you can make reservation of parking in the garage below of the hotel for 25,00 eur per day, ONLY with reservation we grant a parking spot.
From the Alamanni's street all public buses starting the run, however the city centre and all major city sights are by walking distance from the studios building.

La registrazione e la consegna delle chiavi si DEVE fare presso la reception dell'Hotel Alamanni (via luigi alamanni 35 (nero)) 2° piano, al momento della consegna delle chiavi viene richiesto il pagamento totale del soggiorno e si deve lasciare in deposito un documento valido per i cittadini Europei oppure il Passaporto per tutti gli altri stranieri.
I Monolocali "open space", hanno diverse metrature a secondo del numero di persone che vi alloggiano da 25 a 54 mq ca., con divano-letto, Cucinotto attrezzato, Frigorifero, Forno elettrico, Macchina da te/caffè, Tostiera, Zona pranzo con tavoli e sedie, Tv. colori, Radio sveglia, Ferro ed asse da stiro, bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli, Aria condizionata o riscaldamento. Incluso nel prezzo - Cambio biancheria e pulizia 1 volta alla settimana (x soggiorni inferiori di 6 notti NON è previsto nessun cambio), pulizia finale, consumi elettrici ed acqua. Supplementi - Cambi e pulizia 10,00 Euro per persona per ogni cambio supplementare richiesto, Parcheggio nel garage sottostante l'Hotel Euro 25,00 per auto per notte. Sistemazione senza piccola colazione.

From Any motorways exit follow signs to city centre and for SMN station, Via Luigi Alamanni is the street beside the train station, many streets are unther constructions at the moment please check on viamichelin.com the best way to reach the hotel.
By train
FIRST OF ALL you need to reach the reception of the hotel Alamanni, in order to register and collect the studio's key, the hotel Alamanni is located in Via Luigi Alamanni 35(black) - 2nd floor.
The studios are located by walking distance from the hotel (100 metres) we will give you all info need to reach your studio.
When you get off from your train you need to take your right hand exit of the station, walking down the stairs and turn right, keep walking next to the station's wall for 200 metres you'll see from far a big red flag on the balcony showed where the hotel is located.
By airplane
FIRST OF ALL you need to reach the reception of the hotel Alamanni, in order to register and collect the studio's key, the hotel Alamanni is located in Via Luigi Alamanni 35(black) - 2nd floor.

Best way is to take taxi only for 20,00 EUR, or by shuttle bus that will drop off you at the train station, in this case you need to follow instructions above mentioned if you'll came by train.

COME PRIMA COSA dovete raggiungere la reception dell'hotel Alamanni per fare la registrazione, il pagamento e la consegna delle chiavi, l'hotel Alamanni si trova in via Luigi Alamanni 35(nero) 2° piano, i monolocali si trovano a soli 100 metri dall'hotel.
Da qualsiasi uscita dell'autostrada prendete la direzione per il centro città e la SMN stazione, la via Luigi Alamanni costeggia la stazione sul fianco destro in direzione verso il centro, siccome ci sono lavori in corso in città vi consigliamo di consultare il sito viamichelin.com per trovare il percorso migliore per raggiungere l'hotel.
In treno
Dopo essere scesi dal treno dovete prendere l'uscita alla vostra destra, scendere le scale e girare a destra camminando costeggiando il muro della ferrovia per circa 200 metri, si potrà notare una grande bandiera rossa dal balcone che vi indica l'entrata dell'hotel.
In aereo
La scelta di un taxi è sempre la più comoda e veloce, ha un costo fisso di Euro 20,00 e vi porta direttamente presso l'hotel Alamanni, altrimenti potete prendere il bus che vi porterà in stazione SMN e da quel momento fate riferimento alle indicazioni come se arrivaste con il treno.
