The Hotel Marchionni, builded on 1923, is located in Piazza Puccini in the "VIP Lounge" of Viareggio, just 50 mt. far from the sea, in front of "Passeggiata" and "Viali a Mare". It is the most monumental and artistic Area of the City, for quality and quantity of building of architectural interest. The construction project was made from Alfredo Belluomini and Galileo Chini, they have signed many other realizations on the Viareggio's promenade, among them the Hotel Principe di Piemonte, the Grand Hotel Royal and the Café Margherita, the Liberty Temple, which hosted, as remembered by a plate of 1949, characters like Marconi, Toscanini and Giacomo Puccini.
The 41 Rooms, 16 with sea sight and 6 connected, are equipped of all of comforts: air conditioning, hair dryer, TV colour, direct telephone.
Furthermore our new "Prestige" Rooms are equipped with minibar, Tv colour lcd and safe.
The restaurant have an elegant room for lunch, dinner and banqueting from 2 to 150 persons. We propose you regional and national dishes.
The Hotel Marchionni have an agreement with Bagno Guido, that propose to our guests special conditions and discounts.
L'Hotel Marchionni, costruito nel 1923, è situato in Piazza Puccini in quello che oggi viene definito il salotto buono di Viareggio, a soli 50 metri dal mare lungo la "Passeggiata" e i "Viali a Mare". È la zona più monumentale e di maggior pregio artistico della città, per qualità e quantità di edifici di interesse architettonico. Il progetto di costruzione si deve agli Architetti Alfredo Belluomini e Galileo Chini i quali hanno firmato anche tante altre realizzazioni del Lungomare di Viareggio, tra le quali l'Hotel Principe di Piemonte, il Grand Hotel Royal nonché il Caffè Margherita, tempio del Liberty che ha ospitato, come ricorda una targa posta nel 1949, personaggi del calibro di Marconi, Toscanini e Giacomo Puccini il quale veniva qui per "ricrearsi in semplicità di civili conversari dopo la diuturna fatica intorno all’arte sua immortale.”
Le 41 camere, di cui 16 con vista mare e 6 comunicanti, mettono a disposizione dei clienti tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, phone, TV color, telefono diretto.
Inoltre le nostre nuove Camere "Prestige" offrono Frigobar, Tv color Lcd con schermo piatto e cassaforte.
Il ristorante dispone di una elegante sala attrezzata per cene ristrette e banchetti sino a 150 persone e propone specialità della cucina regionale e nazionale.
