La Sayuela B&B**** 4 EARS stands on a 10,000 square metres farmland which adjoins the Regional Park of Gredos, with all the strength and splendour of the Sierra de Gredos (range of mountains) on one side, and the Valley of Tietar and “La Vera” on the other, creating spectacular sights from the house throughout the year. The farmland is surrounded by a number of gorges, some of them stand out for their natural swimming pools like the ones of “Chilla”, “Alardos” and “Santa María”, and we can’t leave out “Tejea” or “Blanca”.
La Sayuela B&B**** is a ground floor building, which has walls 60 centimetres wide made of stone on the outside and wood work on the outside and the inside, this makes it suitable for keeping coolness in the summertime and the warmth of the heating in winter. There are five double bedrooms all of them with bathroom and each one looking on a different sight of the mountains of Gredos or the valley of Tietar. The lounge has a timber ceiling six metres high which makes you feel a special and comfortable spaciousness enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and together with the dinning and living areas makes it possible to create different atmospheres at any time. From the lounge there is a forged staircase which leads to the games parlour. There, you can find a billiard table, table games, as well as a large library with a great choice of books of all genre, you can also enjoy the sight from a bay window and be delighted by the landscape, and watch at night -- with or without telescope -- the stars in all their splendour.
For those who wish to stay for lunch or dinner we offer carefully and slowly cooked traditional food. On Saturdays we have the popular “cocido” (stew made of meat, bacon, and chickpeas) which wakens your senses since early in the morning. But not less popular are the “carillas” with tomato (a small soft bean grown in this area), tomato soup, asparagus from “La Vera”, lean with peppers, fried piglet or kid and good beef. We must not leave out the vegetables and fruits of the land which you can taste any other day of the week. There is a vegetable garden and an orchard with orange, lemon, avocado, pear and other fruit trees, as well as centenary olive and fig trees in our farmland.
There are multiple leisure activities you can achieve: you can go on interesting and spectacular guided equestrian routes which can last from one hour to several days, or sail down the river Tietar on canoe whatever your age is (neopreno suits and life jackets are provided for security). There is also the possibility to go hang gliding and climbing, and for those who prefer to walk whether on guided excursions or by themselves, the “Sierra de Gredos” has a great landscape interest and the possibility of observing protected fauna such as golden eagle, vulture, stork and others. The tracks lead to places worth visiting such as “Los Hermanitos de Tejea”, the refuge “Albarea”, and “La Puente del Puerto” where the roman bridge stands as firm as the first day, you can also enjoy playing golf, fishing (without killing) and hunting (hunting parties for all kinds of big game: deer, wild Spanish goat, wild boar). You can go on trip to nearby places of great tourist interest where you can easily get by car, and visit for instance, the Celtic Iron Age Settlement of the first century, prehistoric cave paintings, the Sanctuary of “Chilla” and the church of “La Asunción” of the second century in Candeleda (the ceramic altarpiece made in Talavera is one of the most ancient ones in the area). There are some villages declared of tourist interest owing to their popular festivities: the pilgrimage to “Chilla, “Los Empalaos” in Valverde, “El Peropalo” in Villanueva and “El Jarramplás” are some of them.
We can’t forget to mention its climate, owing to our privileged geographic position we can enjoy a microclimate which enables tobacco, cherry trees and peppers to be grown and our streets to be decorated with orange and palm trees. Not in vain this area is known as Avila´s Seville though better known as the Ceiling of Castle and offers water, sun and an excellent microclimate for the visitor to enjoy throughout the year.
La Sayuela B&B**** clasificada con 4 espigas, se encuentra situada en una finca de mas de 10.000 m2, que linda por un lado con el parque Regional de Gredos, con toda la fuerza y esplendor de la Sierra de Gredos y por otro con el Valle del Tietar y la Vera, haciendo que las vistas desde la casa sean espectaculares durante todas las épocas del año, esta rodeada la finca de múltiples gargantas entre las que destacamos por sus piscinas naturales la de Chilla, la de Alardos y la de Santa María sin olvidar la de Tejea o la Blanca.
LA SAYUELA B&B**** legalizada en turismo con el nº C.R.A.C.AV-171 con la clasificación de 4 espigas y se alquila por habitaciones es un edificio de una sola planta con muros de 60 cm. el exterior en piedra y la carpintería tanto exterior como interior en madera así mantiene toda su frescura en verano, y el calor de la calefacción en invierno, consta de cinco dormitorios dobles con baño privado, con vistas a distintas zonas de la Sierra de Gredos y del Valle del Tietar.
El salón con 6 mt. De altura abuhardillado y el techo de madera hace que se sienta una amplitud especial; el calor de la chimenea y las distintas zonas de estar y comedor permite distintos ambientes en cada momento, desde el salón hay una escalera de forja que nos lleva a otro salón llamado el de juegos exclusivo para adultos en el que esta el billar, juegos de mesa, y una amplia biblioteca con un gran surtido de libros en distintos géneros, tiene un mirador desde donde el paisaje que se ve deleita al viajero y por la noche permite ver en todo su esplendor las estrellas usando o no el telescopio.
Para aquellos que deseen comer o cenar tenemos a 500 mts restaurantes con una cocina tradicional y casera de gran calidad como son las carillas con tomate (alubia pequeña muy fina de la zona), sopa de tomate, los espárragos de la vera, el magro con pimientos, el cochifrito o el cabrito, sin olvidar las buenas carnes de ternera y sobre todo las verduras y fruta de la tierra. Posee la finca higueras y olivos centenarios, y múltiples árboles frutales, naranjos, limoneros, aguacates, perales, etc.

Finca privilegiada junto al Parque regional de Gredos, a la Vera y en pleno Valle del Tietar, dada su situación privilegiada concede unas vistas tan espectaculares que relajan la vista y la mente, y como nos encontramos en un entorno tan excepcional podemos decir que si el paraíso existió estamos en el , el microclima que disfrutamos durante todo el año, nos proveen de los alimentos mas esenciales, y decoramos nuestras calles con naranjos y palmeras que con el arrullo de las gargantas crean una música y olores difíciles de interpretar en otras zonas.
Las comidas caseras tradicionales y para los que lo deseen vegetarianas, siempre con productos naturales.
Amplios jardines rodean la casa y en ellos tenemos la piscina así como mobiliario para que cada cual busque su rincón preferido.
También tenemos próximas las piscinas naturales a 400 mts, campo de golf 9 hoyos, caballos, senderismo, náutica, avistamiento de aves, quads, rutas arqueológicas, gastronómicas e históricas, escalada, y sobre todo un trato discreto y agradable. Máxima discreción.

Se pueden realizar múltiples actividades como montar a caballo en rutas tan bellas como espectaculares con guía desde una hora a varios días, así como un descenso por el Tietar en canoas, con rutas para todo tipo de personas (se incluyen los trajes de neopreno y los salvavidas, como medidas protectores), escalada, ala delta, senderismo con o sin guía por la sierra de Gredos de gran interés paisajístico así como la posibilidad de observar fauna protegida el Águila Real, el buitre, la cigüeña, etc rutas a los Hermanitos de Tejea digno de visitar, al refugio de Albarea y la subida al puerto de Candeleda, la puente del puerto donde el puente romano esta tan firme como el primer día, golf, pesca (tramos sin muerte), caza (monterías para todo tipo de caza mayor ciervos, cabras monteses o jabalís), etc.. Así como rutas con coche a lugares de interés, visitas al Castro Celta del s-I, pinturas rupestres, Santuario de Chilla, la Iglesia de la Asunción en Candeleda del s-II (retablo de cerámica de Talavera es de los mas antiguos de la zona), y pueblos declarados de interés turístico ya sean por sus fiestas como la Romería de Chilla, los Empalaos en Valverde, el Peropalo en Villanueva o el Jarramplas son muchos de los atractivos de la zona.
No debemos olvidar tampoco su clima, debido a su situación privilegiada con respecto al nivel del mar disfrutamos de un microclima, que nos permite cultivar tabaco, cerezos, y pimiento, y como no adornar nuestra calles de naranjos y palmeras, no en vano nos llaman la Sevilla Abulense, aunque mas conocida por el Techo y Levante de Castilla ofrece con todo su esplendor, agua, sol y un microclima excelente para disfrutarlo en cualquier época del año.
