The full house has only 8 well-equipped 1-bedroom apartments with communal pool, garden, parking place, BBQ corner, internet and wifi area, laundry service and car rental service and tour program board at the reception office.

VILLA PRIMERA es una casa de apartamentos situada en el Sureste de la Isla de Mallorca, está cerca del mar y en una zona tranquila del pueblo de Cala Figuera. Cerca del Aparthotel está ubicado el puerto pesquero de Cala Figuera con su zona peatonal de restaurantes, playas de arena blanca, cafés y tiendas y el mercado artesanal de Santanyi...
La casa completa solo dispone de 8 apartamentos bien equipados con piscina comunitaria, jardín, zona de parking, ricón de barbacoa, internet y zona wifi, servicio de lavandería y en la recepción tenemos programa de excursiones y alquiler de coches.

Cala Figuera is a fishing village, with quiet ambient, beautiful white-sandy beaches and cliffs around.
Mondrago Nature Park is located at 2 km and has 2 beautiful beaches which are accessible on foot, by car or by boat.
The market Santanyi is located 4 km and takes place twice a week, with a very nice atmosphere, you can also enjoy two weekly concerts throughout the year in the ArtCafe SaCova on the market's Square.
GETTING THERE:
Getting VILLA PRIMERA is really very simple from the airport Palma Majorca PMI becuase you can find the signal towards SANTANYI at the airport parking outdoor, driving to Santanyi takes 40 min. (50km). At the beginning of the town, turn on the right towards CALA FIGUERA (4 km) and VILLA PRIMERA is located on the main street, the third right corner there is the guest parking. WELCOME!
Cala Figuera es un pueblo de pescadores, con ambiente tranquilo y playas muy bonitas de arena blanca y acantilados alrededor.
El Parque Natural de Mondragó está situado a 2 km y tiene 2 playas preciosas a las cuales se puede acceder en coche, a pie o en barca.
2 veces a la semana hay mercado en el pueblo de Santanyi (4 km) con un ambiente muy agradable, así como 2 conciertos semanales que animan la velada durante todo el año en un Café de la plaza del mercado.
COMO LLEGAR:
El acceso a VILLA PRIMERA es verdaderamente muy simple; ya que en el aeropuerto encontrarán indicadores hacia SANTANYI (50 km), desde la salida del parking, conducir hasta Santanyi se tarda unos 40 min. y después dirigirse a CALA FIGUERA (4 km) girando a la derecha. En la entrada del pueblo está ubicada en la calle principal VILLA PRIMERA; la tercera esquina a la derecha encontrará el parking. BIENVENIDOS!! |
