hotel rosamar is a privately run hotel in the heart of El Terreno, 150 yds from Plaza Gomila, right in the centre of Majorca‘s gay and lesbian community.
This is a one star hotel with thirty five bedrooms and two suites offering bed and breakfast (buffet). All rooms have private bathrooms, some with large balconies and sea views, others to the the rear of the hotel are quieter and have smaller balconies.
The hotel is a typical city hotel with the emphasis on atmosphere and cleanliness. During the summer months breakfast can be taken on the terrace together with the morning sunshine. An evening open air bar augments the terrace which has become a popular meeting place amongst the international set of guests and the local crowd.
Other features include two sun terraces with sunbeds (one for nude sun bathing) on the roof with magnificent panoramic views over the bay of Palma and Bellver Castle and forest. There is a bar and residents lounge with satellite TV.

Unser Ein-Sterne-Hotel verfuegt ueber 35 Zimmer und zwei Suiten, alle ausgestattet mit privatem Badezimmer, einige haben einen grossen Balkon und Meerblick, und andere einen kleineren, zur ruhigen Rueckseite hinaus gelegen.
Wir sind ein typisches Stadthotel, das besonderen Wert legt auf Reinlichkeit und die persoenliche Ansprache. In den Sommermonaten koennen sich unsere Gaeste von einem Fruehstuecks-Buffet bedienen und ihren Kaffee oder Tee zusammen mit der Morgen-Sonne auf der Terrasse geniessen. Abends ist unsere Barterrasse der beliebte Treffpunkt fuer unsere internationalen Gaeste und Einheimische.
Ausserdem bietet das Hotel zwei Dachterrassen zum Sonnen (eine FKK) mit Liegen, von denen Sie einen traumhaften Blick ueber die Bucht von Palma oder auf den Wald und die Burg Bellver haben. Im Fernsehraum koennen Sie auch alle deutschen Programme empfangen. |

HOW TO GET THERE
By car
From the airport take the motorway towards Palma. Keep on the seafront passing the Cathedral, the Hotel Bellver and the Hotel Victoria. At the next traffic lights turn right. Take the small street leading up a hill. It joins Avenida Joan Miró right opposite the hotel.
By taxi
The price of a taxi directly to the hotel is approx. 18€. There is a surcharge on Sundays, holidays, after 9.00pm. and for the amount of luggage carried.
By bus
The airport bus ( No 1) runs every 15 min from 6:10am to 1:10pm. It crosses the city, get off at bus stop „Can Barbara“, one stop after „Paseo Maritimo s/n“ (Disco TITOS). Take the small street leading up a hill. It joins Avenida Joan Miró right opposite the hotel.

per AUTO: vom Flughafen fahren Sie ueber die Autobahn nach Palma. Geradeaus weiter, am Meer entlang
vorbei an der Kathedrale, den Hotels Bellver und Victoria. An der naechsten Ampel rechts abbiegen,
einen kleinen Huegel hinauf, 20m nach der Einmuendung in die Avenida Joan Miro sehen Sie auf der
linken Seite das Hotel.
per TAXI: Ein Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostet etwa 18 Euros. Nach 21.00, an Sonn- und Feiertagen,
sowie fuer das Gepaeck sind Zuschlaege zu entrichten.
per BUS : Der Bus Nr. 1 faehrt alle 15 Min. von 6.10 bis 1.10 Uhr Nachts. Queer durch die City, aussteigen
Haltestelle "Can Barbara", ein Stopp hinter "Paseo Maritimo s/n" (Disco TITOS"). Die kleine Strasse
einen kleinen Huegel hinauf, 20m nach der Einmuendung in die Avenida Joan Miro sehen Sie auf der
linken Seite das Hotel. |

There is a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes within walking distance from the hotel, the city centre or the gay beach and cruising can be reached by bus in ten or in 25 minutes by foot.
Vom Hotel aus koennen Sie zu Fuss eines der zahlreichen Restaurants, die fuer jeden Geschmack etwas bieten, aufsuchen. Der Bus bringt Sie in zehn Minuten in's Centrum oder an den Gaystrand mit Cruising, die Sie aber auch zu Fuss in 20 - 30 Minuten erreichen koennen. |
