All of the apartments have been designed with the highest level of ecological efficiency and comfort, providing every convenience to make your stay as pleasant as possible:

The apartments are delivered clean, with bed linen and a set of towels per person. Cleaning is done once a week for bookings from 7 nights. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request at additional cost.
In addition, all of the apartments offer, among other services, 24-hour electronic check-in – check-out, snack, lunch and dinner menu, option of a daily cleaning service, telephone assistance 24/7 in case of an emergency, concierge services during office hours, maintenance and electronic surveillance services, etc…
Check-in time is from 2 pm. In the event that the apartment is ready before that time, we will gladly offer it to our guests. The check-out time is 12 pm. In the building our guests will also find lockers to leave their luggage as long as their needs.
The nearest parking is just two minutes walking on Calle Cartagena 319, Parking Avinguda Gaudí.

La luz y el confort crean los espacios en los apartamentos. Existen distintos tipos de apartamentos para que nuestros huéspedes encuentren siempre aquello que mejor se adapta a sus necesidades: espectaculares áticos con terraza, funcionales estudios de una sola habitación con baño, cómodos apartamentos de dos o más habitaciones y dos baños, plantas baja con jardín…
Todos los apartamentos han sido diseñados con el máximo esmero y dotándolos de los mayores elementos de confort y eficiencia ecológica y de todos los detalles necesarios para hacer tu estancia lo más placentera posible:

• Equipamiento completo de hogar: sábanas, toallas, etc
• Cocina totalmente equipada: lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, secadora, horno, nevera, microondas.

Los apartamentos se entregan limpios, con ropa de cama y un juego de toallas por persona. La limpieza se realiza una vez por semana para reservas a partir de 7 noches. Se pueden realizar limpiezas adicionales bajo petición con coste adicional.
Además, todos los apartamentos disponen, entre otros servicios, de check-in/ check out electrónico 24 horas, carta de snacks, comidas y cenas, posibilidad de contratar limpieza diaria, teléfono de emergencia 24 horas, servicios de conserjería en horario de oficina, mantenimiento y vigilancia electrónica, etc.…
La hora de check-in es a partir de las 14.00 en caso de estar el apartamento listo antes de esa hora estaremos encantados de ofrecérselo a nuestros clientes. La hora de check-out es a las 12.00. Además, en el edificio encontrarán unas taquillas para poder dejar el equipaje el tiempo que les sea necesario.
El parking más cercano se encuentra a escasos 2 minutos, en la calle Cartagena 319, Parking Avinguda Gaudí.
No se aceptarán animales domésticos sin previa autorización.

There are many "must see" attractions in this area, especially the Gaudí sites - the impressive and famous Sagrada Familia is on your doorstep, the two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia and the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau - all within walking distance.

The 24 Hs electronic check in machine requires credit card payment, and accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. After doing the payment you will receive your room key.
