The resort, consisting of el montanyà hotel and el montanyà hotel & spa, is fully equipped with 180 double rooms, 25 suites, 30 apartments, 4 bungalows, 22 meeting rooms, 2 auditoriums and banqueting halls. Each room is equipped with a full bathroom, mini bar, security safe, music system, tv, telephone, air conditioning, and internet connection. The apartments can accommodate 4/5 people in two double rooms, one with twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, full bathroom, terrace, music system and tv. The suites each have a sitting area, double room, bathroom with hydro massage bath, terrace, mini bar, security safe, music system, tv, telephone, internet connection and air conditioning.

The resort, situated approximately one hour from either Barcelona or Gerona airports, is set in the beautiful surroundings of the montseny natural park. From Barcelona take the ap7 motorway direction Girona, exit 2 vic – puigcerdà, main road c-17 until you reach exit aiguafreda – el montanyà, follow the signs to the hotel - approximately 4 km
from girona airport take the first exit at the roundabout direction vic c25 until the c17 direction barcelona until you reach exit seva follow directions to seva and then the signs for the hotel –approx 12 km

Located in the resort is the montanyà activity centre with areas for specialized activities such as outdoor training, team building, paintball, quads, 4x4 circuit, walking, cycling, archery, and orienteering. Organised entertainment activities for adults and children during all the year. Within the extensive gardens there are an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Additional sports facilities include a sports pavilion, two football pitches – one artificial and one grass and the 18 hole golf course is just 4 km from the hotel. Finally there is the spa centre offering a full range of health and beauty therapies.

En las amplias zonas ajardinadas hay una piscina exterior, parque infantil y pistas de tenis.
