Communal areas: Open air swimming pool for adults and children only in Summer, solarium, indoor swimming pool, tennis court. Location: Situated near the centre of Benidorm, 500 metres from the sandy Levante beach and approx. 5 minutes walk to the centre, surrounded by cafeterias, supermarkets, restaurants, and a bus stop a few minutes away.

Ubicación: En zona centro a quinientos metros de la playa de Levante y a cuatro ó cinco minutos a pie de la plaza triangular, a pocos metros disponen de cafetería, supermercados, restaurantes, parada de autobús a tan solo unos minutos.

Important information:
Price includes: Full cleaning on departure of apartments, weekly change of linen ( sheets and towels ) plus two extra change of towels during the week, electricity and maintenance.
When collecting the apartment keys, guests will be required to pay 150 € deposit, which will be refunded at the end of their stay once the property has been checked that there is no damage or missing items. The deposit will be returned the day that you vacate the apartment, never before, but if you leave before 10.00 a.m. or on Sunday, the deposit will be sent to your home address or bank account. THE DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID IN, EUROS, STERLING OR BY CREDIT CARD.
Minimum stay 7 nights, less than the period mentioned there is a supplement of 40 €, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE SHOWN.
Precio incluye: Limpieza de salida, cambio semanal de ropa ( sabanas y toallas ) más dos cambios extras de toallas semanal, electricidad y mantenimiento de uso.
A la entrega de llaves se depositará la cantidad de 150 €, siendo devueltos el día de salida una vez comprobado el estado del apto. )En el caso de que la salida del apartamento se efectuase antes de las DIEZ de la mañana. Deberán dejar su nombre y dirección completa para enviarles el depósito por giro, o en su caso, el numero de su cta. corriente para hacerles un ingreso. ( solo tiene que dejar la llave encima de la mesa del salón y cerrar la puerta ).
