We are just 200 meters away from Benalmadena Train Station and ten minutes by car or train from the Airport. The new AVE (High Velocity Train) takes only 2, 5 hours from the Costa del Sol to Madrid.
Estamos situados a solo 200 metros de distancia de la Estación de Tren de Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel y a diez minutos en coche o tren desde el Aeropuerto. Con el nuevo AVE (Tren de Alta Velocidad) llegar desde Madrid son sólo 2, 5 horas.

POLITICA DE CANCELACIONES:
Temporada Alta
oValidez: Se aplicará durante la temporada alta (Semana Santa, Navidad, Puentes, Julio, Agosto y Septiembre).
oTarjeta de crédito: Se solicita el número de tarjeta de crédito con fecha de caducidad para confirmar la reserva en señal de garantía.
oPenalización: La política de cancelación se aplica a todas las anulaciones dentro de la semana previa a la entrada al hostal. También será aplicable la política a aquellas anulaciones realizadas durante la estancia sin haber consumido las habitaciones reservadas.
Temporada Baja:
oValidez: Se aplicará durante todo el año, exceptuando las Temporadas Altas.
oTarjeta de Crédito: Se solicita el número de tarjeta de crédito con fecha de caducidad para confirmar la reserva en señal de garantía. La política de cancelación se aplica a todas las anulaciones dentro de las 48 horas previas a la entrada al hostal. También será aplicable la política a aquellas anulaciones realizadas durante la estancia sin haber consumido las habitaciones reservadas y en caso de no hacer uso de la estancia sin previa cancelación.
oPenalización: El hostal tendrá derecho a cobrar el importe de la primera noche reservada en concepto de gastos de cancelación. En caso de que la reserva sea por 3 ó más noches, el cobro será del 30%. Para reservas de 3 ó más habitaciones, se aplicará la política de Temporada Alta.

Cancellation policy |
The number of credit card is requested by expiry date to confirm the reservation as a sign of guarantee.
Penalty: The hotel reserves the right to load the amount of one night. The policy of cancellation is applied to all the cancellations in the week before the entry to the hotel. Also the policy will be applied to those cancellations realized during the stay without having consumed the reserved rooms. The hostel will have the right to charge the amount of the first night reserved due to expenses of cancellation. In case the reservation is for 3 or more nights, the charge will be 30 %. For reservations of 3 or more rooms, there will be applied the policy of High Season. |
