We’re located only five minutes by car from the Playa de Maspalomas and the Yumbo Center, the Gran Canary island and the super exclusive Resort (Salobre Golf). Inside the resort without additional costs, after registration, the customers of the Villas can use the Sheratons’ pools, Shuttle service. With additional fee you can use its’ spectacular spa with massages and beauty saloon, fitness-center, restaurants, bars, etc.

Golf & Spa , un cinco estrellas digno de visitar y donde podemos disfrutar sin cargo alguno y previo registro como cliente de las Villas , de sus maravillosas piscinas ,
servicio Shuttle-Bus que nos lleva y trae directamente y en cinco minutos a la playa de MASPALOMAS y parking gratuito . Ya con cargo disfrutaremos de su espectacular SPA , con
sus masajes y tratamientos de belleza , fittness-center , Restaurantes , Bares , etc.

The payment need to be done in cash on the arrival time (we don’t work with the credit / debit cards). We don’t allow parties that may disturb or interrupt the stay of other customers.
El pago total de su estancia debe hacerse en efectivo en el 1er. momento de la llegada a la Villa ( no trabajamos con tarjetas de crédito ).
No están permitidas las fiestas que puedan interrumpir ó molestar el descanso de otros clientes en Villas colindantes a ninguna hora del día ; somos 100% respetuosos con todos los vecinos y colaboramos con el silencio especial que caracteriza al Resort . |

Cancellation policy |
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the 50% of stay is charged. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the 100% of stay is charged. We allow one change of dates of the reservation, only if Villa is available for new date and the stay will be pre-paid in 100%.
Si la reserva se cancela con más de 30 días de antelación , haremos un cargo contra su
tarjeta de crédito por el 50% del importe total .
Si la reserva se cancela con menos de 30 días para la entrada , tendremos que hacer un
cargo contra su tarjeta de crédito por el 100% del importe total .
Permitimos cambios de fechas una vez cerrada la reserva , siempre y cuando la Villa esté disponible para la nueva fecha solicitada y previo pago por anticipado del 100% restante
del importe total y como atención a nuestro cliente para no penalizarle con el cargo sin
haber disfrutado de su estancia . |
