Cancellation policy |
Cancellations: For the months of December through May, reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for special events and holidays) subject to a $25 service charge. Less than 14 days (30 days for special events and holidays) will result in no refund of deposit.
During the months of June through November, reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for special events and holidays) subject to a $25 service charge. Less than 7 days (30 days for special events and holidays) will result in no refund of deposit.
No refunds for early departures.
HURRICANE REFUND POLICY
For the months of June through November a separate Cancellation Policy will apply. Our policy states that there are no refunds for cancellations made with-in our 7 day cancellation period. This policy applies to all reasons including, but not limited to, acts of god or other acts of destruction or acts of nature. If there is eminent threat of a hurricane during this period cancellations made after the normal 7 day cancellation period has passed will result in the deposit being kept on file for a future stay. This deposit can be used anytime within the next year with no re-booking fee, and if necessary we will extend it longer to accommodate you.
If you are hesitant about booking, we recommend that you wait until closer to your date of arrival to make the reservation, otherwise, we strongly urge you to purchase trip insurance for your entire trip (airline, hotels, rental cars) if you are traveling during hurricane season.
