NYC-JC Apartments are newly renovated and beautifully furnished GAY OWNED AND OPERATED, featuring hardwood floors, breakfast bars, granite countertops and tiled bathrooms.All our apartments are spacious and luxurious. Most apartments have stainless steel appliances. Also included: flat screen TVs and DVD players, free cable TV, free wireless Internet in building, microwave , washer/dryer, dishwasher,A/C, iron and ironing board. The Marbella features roof decks, swimmingpool , club house and gym. The Pier feature roof deck, lounge with stunning views , gym and business center. Both Properties are within walking distance of each other and a short walk (2 minutes) to the PATH station at the Exchange Station where trains depart 24hrs to Manhattan from where the commute is 2 minute to the World Trade Center Downtown Manhattan. Our Apartments sleep up to 8 people depending on the size you need. Studio up to 3 , one bedroom up to 4 and two bedroom up to 6 and Three bedroom up to 8 guests. Price is for the apartment and not per person.

Area and travel information:

The Area is beautiful with both modern skyscrapers and historic brownstone buildings. Cozy restaurans and fancy boutiques and many parks located within walking distance. Prices are much lower than in restaurants and stores than most places in Manhattan. Path stations at the Exchange Station ,Grove Station and Newport Pavonia are all near NYC-JC. Travel time from Exchange Station to Manhattan is 2min, Grove street Station 4 minutes and Newport Pavonia 4 Minutes to the World Trade Center Ground Zero.

Important information:

Jersey City is also tax exempt so there is no additional tax on clothing in the stores. NYC-JC feature full time Concierge service for our clients as well , we can assist you with Broadway tickets and game ticket to sporting events or to Concerts etc. All Gym memberships are included in the room rate. The price of one time cleaning and towel and linen service is $100 per apartment and will be charged upon check in. The room rate does not have a tax added to the room rate. All prices are included all other charges. All our units are NON SMOKING there is a $500 fee for violation of the building code law.

Cancellation policy	Our cancellation fees differ from BOOKINGAY.com and are as follows;PLEASE READ: Full Refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival less 10% handling fee to cover bank charges and handling fees. 50% Refund if cancelled 30-60 (sixty)days prior to arrival. 25% Refund if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. No refund after 14 days. If unit is rented out to other guests after your cancellation for the same time frame a refund of up to 75% will be given. The 25% will be to cover expenses in regards to advertising , and bank fees etc. Only written notice is accepted.
