This agreement is between you the user of this site (“you”) and Bookingay, S.L. (“we / us / our / the web site”).
Your use of this web site is conditional upon your irrevocable acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein and your agreement to use this web site in accordance with and subject to these terms, conditions and notices.
The terms, conditions and notices as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you the user of this site, and Bookingay S.L..

The Bookingay.com services are based on the information provided by the hotels; for this reason the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information about their hotel, such as prices and availability, at any moment.
We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information. You should always check the provided information, before acting on the basis of the supplied information.
Bookingay.com acts as a booking engine and intermediary for the accommodation provider concerned.
We are not a party to the agreement between you and the accommodation provider and have no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract.
Bookingay.com shall not be liable to you in the event that the accommodation is not suitable for your purpose.

Bookingay.com is a registered company in the Spain. Spanish law is applicable to our services.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable deposit - 15% of the total value of your reservation, together with a reservation fee - 2 Euro per reservation. You will be responsible to the travel services provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the travel services booked by you together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the travel services provider and, where applicable, payment of the travel services provider's service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such travel services provider.
You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation.
By making a reservation with your credit card, you agree with cancelation policy of the hotel you are making the reservation in. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE HOTELS CANCELATION POLICY AS IT MAY WARY FROM THE GENERAL RULES. Your non-arrival by the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the travel services provider directly.

RESERVATION CONFIRMED

Bookingay.com will issue the booking form on behalf of the service provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charges or taxes of the accommodation provider.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS

Bookingay.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that card transactions are secure.
However, if unauthorised charges appear on the credit / debit card (statement) you have used on Bookingay.com at any time during or after you have made your reservation, conducted your transaction, or disclosed your credit / debit card details on the web site, Bookingay.com shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatever nature, suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with the use, transaction or disclosure of the card details.

CANCELLATION

Follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay.
If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge.
We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully.
If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay.

Bookingay.com will not charge you any cancellation fee.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website.
You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this website by you and those using your log-in information.

USE OF THE WEBSITE / PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of our website, you undertake to Bookingay.com that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
